Shoe Palace in Santa Ana, CA seeks Retail Sales Associates to deliver a standout customer experience and help grow our popular sneaker-and-athletic brand. We hire energetic, fashion‑minded team players who enjoy talking to customers and staying on top of trends.

Both part‑time and full‑time positions are available in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment. Roles emphasize customer service, selling athletic footwear, and maintaining a clean store.

Formación

• Minimum age 18 (16+ with work permit).
• Open availability on weekends.
• Outgoing and fun attitude.

• Customer service experience is a plus.

About you…

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Fun and outgoing
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect! A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have...
• Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation

Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) pay range: $16.90 - $16.90 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
