Shoe Palace in California is seeking Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain a fun, fast-paced store environment. Both part-time and full-time roles available, with open weekend availability.

You’ll greet customers, suggest footwear, keep the store clean, and participate in promotional events while staying upbeat and team-oriented. Prior retail or shoe knowledge is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Fun and outgoing
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!
• Experience in selling athletic shoes a plus

Compensation:

Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) pay range: $16.90 - $16.90 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
