Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates in Dallas to provide the best possible experience for customers in a fast-paced, fun store. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere, assisting customers, keeping the store clean and organized, and selling shoes with enthusiasm. Candidates should be 18+ and available on weekends.

Qualifications

• Open availability on weekends required.
• Ages 18+ (16+ with work permits) preferred.
• Outgoing and fun personality.
• Interest in fashion or shoes is a plus.

The Role

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)

• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS

• A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Customer service experience

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation:

Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) pay range: $10.00 - $10.00 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
