Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates in California to deliver the best customer experience across our stores. You will focus on friendly service, helping customers find the right footwear, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.

About you…

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Fun and outgoing
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect! A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have...
• Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation

Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) pay range: $16.90 - $16.90 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
