Marc Jacobs International in Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is seeking temporary part-time Sales Associates for the 2026 Holiday Season. You will greet customers, demonstrate product features, process transactions, and help maintain visual standards to support the brand experience.

The role requires availability to work at least two weekdays and one weekend day. The seasonal assignment runs from November to January, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

In order to meet our business needs, it is essential that you are available to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. This seasonal assignment will run from November to January.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals
• Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
• Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction
• Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store
• Follow all store operational policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior retail experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
