Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate in Michigan to assist the Store Management Team during the seasonal store lifecycle, from setup to teardown. You will help with merchandising, signing, pricing and POS operations while delivering guest service that meets company standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, assisting with loss prevention, and supporting routine housekeeping tasks to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
