Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking team members in Riverton, Utah, to support store management in setting up, merchandising, and tearing down a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining customer service and generating sales through various tasks.

The role requires candidates to be at least 16 years old and able to perform physical duties, including standing for long periods and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Competitive hourly pay between $11.80 - $12.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16.
• Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
