Job summary

Soma, a KnitWell Group brand, is hiring a Sales Associate in Bloomington, MN. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized service experience in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment.

This temporary/part-time role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll participate in omnichannel commerce, assist with merchandising, and help maintain an inviting store that reflects our brand standards and empowers customers.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
