JCPenney in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to promote our fashion-focused culture and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role requires flexible availability and a positive, service-oriented attitude. You will collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and uphold our brand values daily.

Our Sales Associates promote our culture, values and mission. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, your number one job is to share your love of fashion and do whatever it takes to create an amazing shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Sales Associate you will:

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.

• Show understanding of customer's personal style when offering fashion advice.

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

USD $15.00/Hr -USD $18.75/Hr.
