Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to be at the center of the action during our busy holiday season. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and keep the floor organized and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, using product knowledge to assist and upsell, promoting store events, handling returns with exchanges when possible, and communicating needs to management. The position is temporary from October through January.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, computer, handheld devices, and mobile devices.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and stock up to a height of 5-10 feet.
• Climb ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise.
• Communicate needs to management and assist customers effectively.
• Support store team in achieving goals and delivering a great customer experience.
