Five Below is seeking enthusiastic people to join our seasonal sales team in Ohio. This part-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, keeping merchandise organized, and ensuring the floor is well-stocked during the busy holiday season from October through January.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, recommending products, processing transactions, and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• On-the-job training will teach procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and making recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking needs and feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Support team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
