The position requires 16+ years old, flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge on the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; acknowledge customers and provide help.
• Understand and meet customer needs; share product knowledge and offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns; offer alternatives and aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
