Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively.
• Provide customers with the right bra fit by asking clear questions.
• Convert returns, promotions, and other offers into larger sales.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience during checkout.
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage add-on purchases.
• Maintain back room and floor stock to brand standards during processing/replenishment.
• Execute floorset activities proficiently and adhere to brand standards.
