Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge during peak seasons. This temporary role supports the store during busy periods and requires flexibility in scheduling.

The role covers working on the sales floor, at the cash wrap, and in processing and replenishment, including floorset activities, to uphold brand standards and a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and grows the business by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and floor-ready presentation.
• Executes floorset actions and maintains back room and under stock.
