Victoria’s Secret & Co in Boynton Beach seeks a Seasonal Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and help create a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience during peak seasons.

This temporary role includes floor, cash wrap, replenishment, and floorset duties. You’ll process transactions, restock merchandise, maintain brand standards, and assist with promotions while lifting up to 40 pounds and

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the right bra fit by asking questions.
• Converts returns and promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly cash wrap experience with accurate transactions.
• Encourages additional purchases at checkout and recovers selling space.
• Processes and replenishes merchandise to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and stock and supports markdowns and re-tickets.
• Executes floorsets proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
