Five Below in El Paso is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the checkout experience is smooth.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, can work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends, are comfortable with technology, and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations; engage in suggestive selling.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turns returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking, service requirements, and feedback.
• Support team and company goals to contribute to a positive work environment.
