Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for our holiday season. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, and ensure the floor is well-stocked while providing seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, using product knowledge to meet needs, promoting events, and supporting team goals. Position runs from October through January as a temporary assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (e.g., computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator capable of engaging with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Able to gather information and solve problems using on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand needs, share product knowledge, direct to merchandise and make recommendations.
• Inform customers about events, promotions and activities to drive sales.
• Resolve issues and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking and service needs to management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
