Five Below, Inc. is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for our holiday season, October through January. You will welcome customers, answer questions, and help ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

The role requires energy, strong people skills, and the ability to keep merchandise organized and stocked. Strong communication and sales skills are essential as you assist customers, share product knowledge, and support promotions.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turns of returns into exchanges.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and feedback.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives.
