Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of holiday shopping. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales while keeping merchandise organized and the register running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, comfortable with technology, and able to work flexible day/evening/weekend hours October through January. This temporary role offers hourly pay starting at $11 and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

At least 16 years old.
Available to work a flexible schedule.
Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
Good communicator with customers.
Able to handle customer interactions politely.
On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly at the register.
Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and making recommendations.
Promote store events and promotions to boost sales.
Resolve customer concerns and offer solutions, aiming for exchanges when possible.
Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and service requirements.
Support team and company goals to create a positive work environment.
