Five Below, Inc. is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates for the busy holiday season (October through January). You will greet customers, answer questions, and help keep the store organized and well-stocked while delivering a seamless checkout experience.

You should be comfortable using technology and cash registers, with strong communication and a proactive approach to customer service. This temporary role offers a vibrant, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and making recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternative solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking, service requirements, and customer feedback.
• Support team and company goals by collaborating to achieve store objectives.
