World Market is seeking aSeasonal retail team member in Florida to create a fun, engaging shopping experience. You’ll share product knowledge, assist customers, and ensure shelves and signage are up-to-date as part of daily operations.

The role requires a positive attitude, basic retail skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 16+ ages welcome; training and a friendly team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to start conversations with customers.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and make the shopping experience fun and memorable.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find items.
• Process in-store checkout and buy online/pickup orders.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and shelf replenishment.
• Assist with freight and truck unloading as needed.
• Support a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
