Job summary

Five Below is hiring for part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to support our holiday season from October through January. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep the floor stocked, and ensure smooth checkout experiences at the register.

Candidates should be 16+, available for flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends, and comfortable with technology. Strong communication and teamwork are valued, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly at the register and floor.
• Understand needs, share product knowledge, and offer recommendations.
