Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver a world-class customer experience across multiple businesses (retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel) within a store location.

You will greet customers, build relationships from initial contact through post-sale follow-up, use benchmark selling techniques, assist with merchandising and stock counts, and operate the cash register. Flexible schedules and employee discounts are provided to support teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Continuously encourage and participate in team selling and positively impact the achievement of the store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Assist with visually merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
• Handle the cash register, as a cashier, at the point of sale in the store.
