World Market is hiring Seasonal Team Members in Austin to create a fun, memorable shopping experience by sharing product passion and helping customers find the perfect item. You’ll handle checkout and assist with in-store pickups, while keeping merchandising and replenishment up to standard.

We value teamwork, flexibility, and a can-do attitude. Prior retail experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and strong communication skills go a long way. Flexible hours provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Minimum age 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.”
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
