Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service during the busy holiday season (October through January) at our Apex, NC location. You will keep merchandise organized, ensure the floor is stocked, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

The role emphasizes helpful communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude as you engage customers, handle transactions, and support store events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Comfortable with technology and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: approach and acknowledge customers, provide assistance and handle multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, offer recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions: inform customers about current promotions and activities to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: address issues and offer alternative solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: regularly inform about restocking, service requirements, and feedback.
• Support team and company goals: collaborate to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
