Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service during the busy holiday season (October through January). You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products while maintaining a well-stocked floor and smooth checkout.

Responsibilities include handling multiple customers, promoting events, resolving concerns, and communicating needs to management. The role requires flexibility, good communication, and basic tech comfort.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities
