Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our El Paso Marshalls store. You will greet customers, ring purchases, and help maintain a clean, organized store while promoting credit and loyalty programs.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include handling transactions accurately, following merchandising procedures, and supporting safety and loss

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise for the floor and participate in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies, labor laws, and loss prevention guidelines.
