Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. seeks a Seasonal Selling Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service during peak seasons. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help find the perfect bra fit while processing transactions and supporting stock and replenishment to maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is on sales floor.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock-related tasks.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards.
• Maintains back room and under stock.
• All associate roles drive top-line store sales and support shrink reduction.
• Supports store strategy and provides a safe working environment.
