You will engage customers, enroll them in rewards, and help with replenishment and store presentation while thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Availability for peak days and varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Able to work peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with some physical tasks (standing, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Make personalized recommendations and demonstrate products.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement at checkout.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
