Carter's Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet new parents and grandparents, introduce baby essentials, help prep for school, and support customers through omnichannel experiences.

You’ll work in a welcoming environment that values and grows your skills and connections within the Carter’s family. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, replenishing floor stock, and promoting promotions and the loyalty

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service in a safe, clean store.
