Job summary

Five Below is hiring part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be in the center of the action during the busy holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, stock floors, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

The role is temporary and focuses on helping customers and driving sales. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, flexible, tech-savvy, and capable of engaging with customers warmly.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and handle multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and feedback.
• Support team and company goals in a positive work environment.
