Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate for the holiday season (October through January). You will deliver outstanding customer service, help drive sales, keep merchandise organized, stock the floor, and provide seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge, answer questions, direct to merchandise, offer recommendations.
