Job summary

Vans seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge and deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will support sales goals, assist with visual merchandising, cashier duties, and stock replenishment while following brand standards and safety policies. Prior retail experience is welcome; high school diploma preferred; 0-1 year experience. This seasonal role may transition to regular employment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn product and brand knowledge
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver personalized service
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and upselling where appropriate
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation standards
• Handle cashier duties and support loss prevention efforts as needed
• Keep store clean, organized, and customer-ready
