Vans is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to be the face of the brand—delivering energy, authenticity, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and deliver best-in-class service while contributing to sales and brand presentation.

The role supports peak-season needs with potential to transition to regular employment; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience with customer service in retail is valued.
• Proficient with basic retail systems and applications.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and drive a positive store experience.
• Engage with customers, share product knowledge and help with purchases.
• Assist with visual merchandising, replenishment, and store presentation.
• Operate cash register and assist with loss prevention as needed.
