Job summary

Madewell in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to welcome customers, help them discover their look, and contribute to a friendly, fashion-focused sales floor. You’ll partner with teammates to deliver an authentic store experience.

The role requires scheduling flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays) and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. You’ll support store operations, share customer feedback, and help drive sales with a collaborative, inclusive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends.

• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
