Job summary

Five Below in the Mesa area is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service during the holiday rush. You will greet customers, answer questions, restock merchandise, operate the register, and help keep the floor inviting.

This temporary role runs October through January with flexible shifts and training provided; prior retail experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and reliability are most valued at Five Below.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• On-the-job training to learn procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Acknowledge customers and provide assistance.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer solutions, aiming for exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and feedback.
