Job summary

GUESS Factory in Humble, TX seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will support store operations, keep the sales floor clean, and assist customers with product information.

This role reports to Store Management and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will participate in inventories, greet customers, and maintain a strong cash wrap process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina for standing eight hours and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.
• Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.
• Maintain a sparkling clean and organized environment by adhering to store standards and cleanliness.
• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to add on to the sale.
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer Gift Cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
• Sincerely thank all customers for shopping at GUESS as they exit the store.
• Meet or exceed the Sales per Hour (SPH) result as assigned by management.
• Participate in all store meetings and other related functions.
• Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise and the company.
• Participate in all inventories.
