Job summary

GUESS Factory in Villa Carolina, Puerto Rico seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will handle store operations, greet customers, share product information, assist in fitting rooms, maintain cleanliness, and support cash wrap with gift cards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina: walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entry with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Provide current product information to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and adhere to standards.
• Assist in fitting rooms and at the cash wrap, including gift cards and customer data.
• Support store meetings and other duties as assigned by management.
