GUESS Factory in Gonzales, LA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. The role includes greeting customers, maintaining store standards, and supporting visual presentation across the store.

You will assist with fittings, help at the cash wrap, upsell where appropriate, and engage with customers to meet sales targets. The position requires teamwork, strong communication, and the stamina to stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail experience: Previous retail experience preferred.
• Team player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina: Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and balance on a frequent basis.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers upon entering the store with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain sparkling, organized store environment and adhere to dress code and cleanliness standards.
• Provide customers with current product information and assist with fittings and purchases.
• Assist at cash wrap, upsell Gift Cards, and capture customer information in the database.
• Participate in meetings and other store operations as required.
