Job summary

GUESS Factory in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. The role also handles a variety of store operations such as housekeeping and visual presentation under the guidance of the store management team.

You will greet customers, share product information, assist fitting rooms, maintain a clean and organized store, and participate in meetings and inventories.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills: Excellent communication and customer service.
• Retail experience: Previous retail experience preferred.
• Team player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule: Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and perform light to moderate duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile.
• Provide product information and assist in fitting rooms and cash wrap.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness and visual presentation.
• Meet sales goals and participate in store meetings and inventories.
• Assist with housekeeping and other duties as assigned by management.
