Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, stay informed on promotions.
• On the floor, welcome customers, make eye contact, build relationships to encourage return visits.
• Merchandise updates, process damages, returns to vendors, adjust signs and pricing.
• Finish Strong: promote Loyalty program, ensure customers have what they need, thank them by name.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers and communities.
• Strive to improve daily, meet sales goals and learn from teammates.
