Job summary

Nautica in Aurora, IL is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to share your love of fashion and help create an amazing shopping experience for every customer.

You will engage customers, meet and exceed sales goals, share product knowledge, and support opening/closing tasks while keeping the store tidy and welcoming.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and a positive, collaborative attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $15.50/Hr -USD $19.38/Hr.
