Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking friendly, guest-focused team members for LEGO Brand Retail stores. You will greet guests, process purchases, and ensure a welcoming, engaging shopping experience at all times.

You will help maintain displays to LEGO Brand Retail standards, assist in stock handling, and support safe, organized stockrooms. Availability includes weekends and varied shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and operate the cash register.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and follow visual standards.
• Be able to work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.

Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%)
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $18.99 to $19.99 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Process information/merchandise through the register system
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business dictates
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers
• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 - $21.50 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
