Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions while maintaining a professional, gracious and engaging demeanor
• Keep store clean, safe and visually appealing; maintain displays and LEGO Brand Retail standards
• Assist in stockroom receiving and stockroom organization; follow safety regulations and report shortages
• Resolve customer issues and escalate challenging situations to management
• Engage customers through promotions and loyalty programs
• Carry out daily store operational tasks in line with company policy

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and reportchallenging situations to manager
• Customer engagement
• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs
• Typically, responsible for store operational tasks in duty

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 - $21.50 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
