Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 1396-Thruway Shopping Center in Winston-Salem, NC. You will be the brand ambassador, creating authentic connections, guiding customers' shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations, and keeping the sales floor polished to impress guests.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with your team, share product knowledge, and use brand behaviors to drive loyalty.
