Job summary

World Market in Wilmington is seeking team members for our seasonal season. Help guests discover unique finds, share product knowledge, and make shopping enjoyable, friendly, and memorable.

You’ll handle checkout in-store and buy-online-pick-up-in-store orders, maintain merchandising standards, assist with freight and truck unload, and contribute to a safe, welcoming store environment. We value flexibility, learning, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
