Job summary

Tillys is hiring a Sales Associate in California to deliver the Tillys Experience to customers in a fast-paced, fashion-forward store. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and help them find products that fit their style while driving sales and providing excellent service.

This part-time position offers an opportunity to earn with an in-store discount program and a supportive team. Prior retail experience is helpful, but a friendly, proactive attitude is essential to thrive in our shop.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers. Are you a "people person" who has a talent for making friends with perfect strangers? Hourly Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.00
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
