Under Armour is hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized during busy seasons. You will assist with daily operations, stock duties, and support both in-store and omni-channel activities.

Ideal candidates are energetic, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. The role offers seasonal, part-time hours with opportunities for advancement and a shared team-focused culture.

Qualificações

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; maintain presentation.
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience; demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities to increase performance.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled to Under Armour's attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
