World Market is hiring for a seasonal team to help create a fun and memorable shopping experience for guests. You will share product passion, assist customers, and support in-store checkout and buy-online-pickup-in-store orders.

Role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for hands-on training. Prior retail experience is a plus, and lifting up to 40 lbs is required; age minimum is 16.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer: Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect “anything.” Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases. Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards. Participate in processing freight and truck unload as needed. Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
