Tillys is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an engaging customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment at our Panama City Beach location. You will help customers find the right products, answer questions about sizing and features, and help maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting discounts, and contributing to a friendly, helpful shopping atmosphere for every guest.
